Learning Pty Ltd is a nationally based
company providing high quality training in a variety
of Microsoft Office Applications. Soft@ware commenced
training operations in November 2005 to help people
master Microsoft Office applications and offer Basic,
Intermediate and Advanced courses.
There are many ways
that we can make your daily use easier, Softaware
Learning aims to provide you with the knowledge
of the easiest and quickest ways to use your software
application, specifically in the Microsoft Office range.
We find that more and more people are responding to
our economical and high quality training in this widespread
software. Utilising a partnering arrangement with Priority
Management, a registered training Organisation, we run
public courses in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria,
in capital cities and regionally. In addition, we can
(and do) travel anywhere in Australia and New Zealand
conducting in-house workshops and our public schedule
locations are growing every day.
Our clients include major
Local Councils, large and small private companies and
Government departments. Between us and our
partner company, Priority Management, we train around
1,000 people a month, locally and regionally.
Our regular clients
include corporations such as Qld and Vic Government,
Ergon Energy, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, BMA Coal, Australia
Post, Suncorp, Bupa, Lion Nathan.

Karen Matheson - Managing Director
Qualifications: Diploma of Business,
Certificate IV Information Technology (Client
Support).
Karen Matheson has had a varied
career with extensive experience in customer
service, IT support and other key experience
areas over the last twenty years. Before joining
Soft@ware Learning, she occupied a key role
as Sales Administrator/IT Client Support for
a leading real estate organisation.
Holding a combined role of Business
Manager, Client Support and Finances within
Softaware Learning, Karen is well able to handle
any enquiry or assistance requried.

Murray
Griffith - Facilitator
Qualifications:
TAE40110 - Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace
Training
Experience: Murray has over 15 years experience
in training and instruction including developing
and implementing training programs, assessing
training needs and developing training programs
to ensure compliance with company needs. He has
experience working with a large RTO with an understanding
of compliance requirements and mapping training
development with AQTF performance requirements
and assessment. Murray has developed online dynamic
training content utilizing various software applications
including Adobe Captivate, Flash, Presenter, Connect
Pro and Acrobat and is competent in the preparation
and use of training and presentation aids such
as Microsoft Power Point, Video and Audio

Robby
Stuart - Facilitator
Qualifications:
TAA40104 - Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace
Training; BA - Business Administration; Diploma,
Business & Finance; Diploma, Project Management;
Diploma, Human Resources
Experience: Robby is an experienced and
qualified corporate trainer, with a background
in Business Administration and Application related
training, primarily in the Career Management and
financial Services industries - throughout the
UK, Australia and wider East Asia Pacific region.
A certified Microsoft Office Master, Robby has
extensive experience delivering on-site via classroom
or one-on-one, and remote delivery. He also complements
the design, implementation and review processes
of courseware customisation, increasing the understanding
of team working practices and communication processes.

Gedd
Busch - Facilitator
Qualifications:
TAE40110 - Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace
Training; Advanced Diploma - Information Technology
Experience: Gedd studied Information Technology
at NMIT between 1997 and 2000 and currently holds
an Advanced Diploma in Software Development and
a Diploma in Hardware Architecture as well as
a Cert. IV in Small Business Management.
Gedd has been with the company for over 2 years
now and is a very active member in all aspects
of training at Soft@ware Learning including courseware
development and International Business Training
Development as well as being a Time & Workload
Management Facilitator and Coach for our sister
company Priority Management.

Jemma
Hirst - Facilitator
Qualifications:
TAA40104 - Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace
Training; Diploma of Business - Finance;
Experience: Jemma has worked in the Vocational
Education and Training industry her entire career.
After working with a college in Sydney for a number
of years as the Marketing Manager and completing
her training qualification, Jemma moved to London
where she taught IT, Marketing, Advertising and
PR for 2 years at one of the longest running private
colleges in the United Kingdom. Jemma specialises
in the Microsoft Office Suite and in her training
focuses on creating real life examples to help
see the relevance in different aspects of the
programs. Some of her hobbies include travelling,
wakeboarding and spending time with herfamily
any chance she gets
